I have recently used TWM Solicitors for the conveyancing of my late father's property. I can safely say I don't think I'll ever use another solicitor for conveyancing! They were fantastic, and I've done a few property transactions where the solicitor was hopeless.It was a time consuming sale due to waiting for grant of probate, but communication was great throughout. They were proactive in getting documents prepared given that neither my sister nor I live locally (opposite ends of the country actually, and neither of us near Wimbledon) and the transaction went ahead with very little disruption.A personal thank you to Aasima, Seana and team, you really went the extra mile. At a difficult time for me, I felt well supported throughout a lengthy process where many delays were caused by my buyer's solicitors. I bought and sold through TWM, it was a very long process with 2 fall throughs but throughout the time my solicitor Aasima and Seana were amazing. Emails were always answered very promptly and everything was always explained to me. I always knew where we were in the long process of buying and selling.
