Evapo Reading vape shop
I used this shop to buy replacement glass for my device. I had a quick conversation with staff member Mohammed on the phone who quickly established that he had the item I needed and that he would hold it for me til I got to the shop later that day. Both he and his colleague Eugene were very helpful with assisting me with my purchase and had some great suggestions for new devices that I might be interested in. I highly recommend Evapo shops everywhere if they have store staff as helpful as the Reading branch.

I recently purchased a disposable vape from this shop in the morning, but unfortunately, a few hours later it started making crackling noises intermittently. I was concerned about the issue, so I went back to the shop to request an exchange. However, they refused without seeing the vape in person, which seemed illogical to me. I didn't want to keep vaping non-stop until the problem occurred again, so I asked them to dispose of the vape for me. I was disappointed with the customer service I received as they were unwilling to help. As a result, I ended up wasting £4.99 on a product that didn't work properly and didn't receive the customer service I expected

Bought a tank along with 5 liquids. Been vaping for a long time and wanted a downgrade, so bought a smaller tank. Filled it, waited for ~15mins, adjusted the wattage and.. burned. Gave it some more time, after two hours gave it a go, still burned, so sadly it was sold as so. Came back to the shop, got told no refunds". Left it on the counter and just asked the guy to bin it for me
