Kitty Angels Stourbridge

Kitty Angels provide an amazing and trustworthy service, and my recent experience with them really does show how they go above and beyond to keep your kitty safe. My 7 month old Ragdoll was booked in for two visits a day over three days whilst we were away getting married. Before the booking the amazing Kate came and visited us to ensure she knew what was what and to meet my girl. Straight away I felt at ease leaving her with Kate, you can really see how much of a animal lover she is and I knew she would take good care of her. Roughly two weeks before the booking we had our kitty spayed, she was recovering well up until two days before the booking we noticed a swelling around her surgical scar which the vet put down to being a seroma, a common occurrence. The day we left, we had her checked out again as a precaution and the vet felt nothing had changed since her last visit. The morning of our wedding came, and I had received so many lovely photos of my girl happy and playing which really made me feel as though she was safe and happy. Kate had noticed on the evening that there was bleeding around her scar, contacting me at this point was extremely difficult as we had little signal and were in the midst of wedding antics. Kate knew exactly what to do and acted in my girls best interest, took her straight to the vets where she was admitted and discussed the need for surgery due to complications. Kate was straight on the phone when I got signal, she put me at ease straight away and said my girl was fine in herself but the vets wanted to keep her in. She sent lots of re-assuring pictures and gave me all the information/contact numbers I needed to get in touch with the vet. She really went above and beyond to keep her safe, and I can honestly said I never panicked as I knew how well she was being cared for from the start. My girl is doing absolutely fine, and I'm starting to think this was all a plot of revenge for not being invited to the wedding! I highly regard Kitty Angels as the best Cat sitting service, and should something go wrong they know exactly what to too which shows their level of experience and professionalism. Cannot thank you enough.

We recently used Kitty Angels for the first time to look after our two cats while we went away for a few days. We were very impressed with their care and professionalism from start to finish. They gave daily updates and photos, which was very reassuring to know that things were ok while we were away. We would recommend Kitty Angels to anyone needing such a service, and we would definitely use them again.

The team of Kitty Angels is amazing! Jean and the Angels have helped us out several times and they have done an amazing job looking after our cat and two rabbits! We can only recommend them and we do know we can trust them whenever we need help with our pets. The only problem we have is that they spoil our cat too much! ;-)

I have used Kitty Angels Stourbridge for a couple of years now and I have to say that they are absolutely outstanding. As with most people, my cats are part of the family and Annette, the Angel who looks after mine puts me at ease when I’m away. My cats adore her and are very comfortable in her company. She sends lots of photographs which is great to see the boys whilst I’m away.Unfortunately one of mine got injured whilst I was away and the way that Annette dealt with the situation was amazing. Fantastic service.As soon as I contact Jean she responds and I’m reassured that she runs the company very professionally.Absolutely would recommend you use Kitty Angels.

Can't praise Kitty Angels enough. Laura was absolutely brilliant with our 3 cats when we went away. We had daily updates, pictures and videos. It was so reassuring to have someone who was so caring. Lovely to come home to bread and milk, such a thoughtful thing to do.Would definitely recommend to friends and family

We recently used Kitty Angels Stourbridge for the first time, to look after our cat while we were on holiday.Dominique was a real Angel! She did a fantastic job of caring for our somewhat volatile cat and sent us daily updates and pics. The cat bonded so well with Dominique that she didn't want us to come home!Kitty Angels also offer other services like plant watering, etc.We will be using them for our next holiday and would highly recommend their services.

I would like to say a big thank you to Kitty Angels Stourbridge for looking after my cat while I was on holiday. Amber is a very timid cat and Lynny who was looking after her was brilliant. Lynny managed to coax her out of her hiding places to give her some love and fuss. I am going to book Kitty Angels to look after Amber the next time I am away.
