Useless. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails/voicemails. I've been trying to 2 weeks. Don't waste your time.

Updated on Situation-Issues have since been resolved. The manager obviously cares about her staff which is nice to see. I now have a lovely pair of trousers that I like. No ill will.Old Review-Useless. No communication between staff. Was told I could get a refund for an item as I didn’t know if would fit to then be told the complete opposite. No manager until Saturday. Non of this was explain during purchase. Not happy.

I can't fault the service I received from Mel and the team, they were all really helpful and I adopted 2 cats within a month of me making an enquiry. Thank you everyone.
