Recently had a new bathroom installed. Jim, Scott and Harry all did a brilliant job. I was kept informed every day of what had been done and what would be done.

A very friendly and professional service . Took the time to explain alternative solutions and why they might be better for our circumstances , and then delivered on time and on budget . They worked very hard to get the job completed over one weekend , were courteous , tidy and kept everywhere as clean as possible . We now have a heating system where we can control the radiator temps from a mobile phone and although it’s summer it is cheaper already .

We recently undertook a full home renovation and used the Plumbing Company to install new radiators throughout the house, re-plumb the whole property and install/tile the new bathroom. We were recommended to the Plumbing Company by a friend and would recommend him to anyone going forward. Jim and Scott were approachable, personable and carried out the work to a great standard.

The Plumbing Company removed our old bathroom, en suite and cloakroom and refitted all three to the specifications agreed with them at the outset. The work has been completed to a very high standard and we are very impressed with their work. They have proven to be very solutions focused during the project and made every effort to ensure that the project was completed to our satisfaction. They were a dedicated, courteous and highly competent team. We would most certainly use their services again and would highly recommend them as a company.

We had a problematic leak with our central heating pipework. Scott came at a convenient time, located the problem and quickly and efficiently fixed the problem for us. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Would definitely use the company again and recommend them. Many thanks.

We have recently used the services of James and his team at the Plumbing Company Essex for a complete Bathroom and En-suite renovation. I cannot recommend highly enough! Total professionalism from introduction through to completion. The quality and finish is outstanding. It was evident from the start that not only did they listen to our wants and needs, their experience and design skills were invaluable as suggestions to enhance the overall design were welcomed and necessary. Very pleased with the change of our bath to a walk in shower. The team were very good particular thanks to Jim who was the main man and did everything to ensure the job was done properly and of course to Scott also checked everything was as it should be. Would not hesitate in recommending and in fact have booked again for another job that I needed doing.

We sent Jim some images of things we liked and we trusted him to complete the process. After knocking a wall out and gutting two rooms on day 1 there wasn’t a drop of mess and that continued from start to finish. Attention to detail and keeping us in the loop throughout was always helpful. They were so respectful of us throughout the project and we couldn’t be happier with the final product!

I wanted a Hive system fitted, and between Jim and Scott, they were able to help guide me with what was needed and all done and dusted in super speedy time.No mess, happy to demonstrate how to use the system and so professional and polite :)

Had a couple of jobs done by Scott and can honestly say what a great job has been done. Scott and James are both really great guys, reliable, hard-working, and trustworthy. Very happy and would highly recommend. Would definitely use them again.
