Absolutely brilliant first class Ear Cleaning Service. Would highly recommend to all. Elouise was so helpful on the phone. Victoria was delightful, patient and thorough. Visited Mum and I at home and made us feel completely relaxed, comfortable, giving us both the very best care and attention. Will most definitely be asking to see you again Victoria at some point in the future. Thank you so much.

Thank you very much! So much happier after Victoria came the next day to remove ear wax from both ears and identified an ear infection. The photos helped the GP prescribe the right medication swiftly on an econsultation. Super friendly service and advice given by Victoria.Highly recommend, brilliant!!

Amazing service from Victoria. All communication over what’s app - very efficient response, no waiting time for an appointment and kept in touch. On return from holiday with a lousy ear infection Victoria has helped me to understand the problem, get the required treatment and helped to set my mind at ease. The infection is not resolved but with Victoria’s guidance it is getting there. I cannot imagine how I would have managed without her support. Thank you so much Victoria.

Victoria came to treat my mum's ears today. The doctor had previously advised treatment due to blockages in both ears. My mum describes Victoria as the most lovely warm and caring person on top of being incredibly knowledgeable and professional. We were blown away by the wonderful customer care she provided. Anyone who needs ear treatment ... you need clear ears Dorset for sure!Thank you Victoria my mum feels so much better already!

Absolutely amazing service, had severe impacted ear wax which was extremely painful. Eloise was amazing, had a same day appointment and even though my ear wax was very difficult to get out she persevered. Such a relief and value for money. Definitely recommend!

I would definately recommend Clear Ears Dorset. They quickly and sympathetically responded to my enquiry, and within days I had an appointment at my home. As I have previously had a perforated ear drum, Elouise recommended micro-suction, and explained the process and how it would feel and sound. She showed and took photos of my ears before and after treatment, so that I could send to my Doctors. Elouise was kind, friendly and thoroughly explained everything.

Thoroughly recommended! Elouise visited the care home to see both mum and dad. Mum has Alzheimer’s and gets very anxious and frightened of strange things but Elouise was lovely! Kind and thoughtful and gently explained what she was going to do. Mum had a painful ear and Elouise wrote a note to the surgery explaining that she believed her to have a fungal infection. Some drops later and now they can both hear again!Great service. Looking forward to seeing you again next time!
