Visited the 02 Lichfield store on the afternoon of Sunday 27th August. (I had tried to phone the shop 4 times that day but nobody answered so I had to physically visit). I had an issue with my Samsung phone not charging which is a contract phone with 02. The young lad in the shop appeared very disinterested. He didnt makr any effort to charge my phone and he told me my phone was not under warranty anymore as I had had it just under 2 years. When I told him it was a 2 year warranty, he looked something up, said Oh yeah

I was helped today in the Lichfield branch by a young man called Dan who could not have been more helpful, polite and patient. He set up a new tariff with O2 and transferred data between phones.Excellent service, thank you so much Dan.

Felt really unwelcome very unhelpful staff my advice is stay away from O2 they don’t help you on the phone tell you to go to the store and the store equally dismissive

The only O2 shop that I'll use. Incredibly helpful staff. I've used the shop several times. Each time they've transfered everything from the old phone to the new one. Nothing is too much trouble Informative on promotions and offer great advice. Thanks.

Matt who looked after us when we went in to upgrade my contract was a great guy, very friendly and helpful!! Much better service than some O2 shops I've visited!!
