Amazing customer service. Wanted Ivory Chapel Candles in a hurry. Called at 4pm to enquire if they had any stock, arrived the following morning at 0930 via courier, all the way to London, in the middle of the covid-19 lockdown.What is even more surprising than the great service is the fact they were cheaper than any sellers on Ebay or Amazon.I am extremely grateful and will obviously recommend Britannia Direct to anyone with 100% confidence.

What a lovely bunch of guys here. Was desperate for a last minute funeral frame for the next day. Rang at 3pm it arrive with me next day in wales at 10.30. Thank you Tommy you are an absolute ANGEL. I will be recommending you to my friends.

I visit Britannia often as they are my main floral supplier, I always receive friendly, helpful service and the products are amazing. Sam the manager is friendly and always on hand to answer any queries I have, Kerry helps me almost every visit and shows me new products which saves me time looking! Lovely team and always a pleasure to go there.I can not recommend Britannia highly enough for a place to receive quality faux florals with helpful, approachable, lovely service you only wish you could receive everywhere.
