The staff are great, very helpful and always answer my badly worded questions!I bought a vape from here recently that one of the staff members recommended and it has been fantastic.Sometimes vape stores can be unwelcoming but that’s definitely not the case here.If you are looking for a place to go regularly for juices/coils etc, I would recommend getting a loyalty voucher for V&M.- A very happy customer :)

V&M is a fantastic spot! I’ve had my phone screen repaired here for a great price and quick delivery. I’ve bought vapes, had advice & help given for any of my vape queries. Thank you to Reuben, he is a brilliant staff member, always helpful, knows everything there is to know about vapes and technology and is always on point with anything you ask! Prices are great and better than a lot of other stores, including fantastic deals, especially on the one-time vapes. Trustworthy! Deffo give them a shot!

One of the best vape shops I've been to. The shop is clean and display is well organised. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, they made me feel welcome every time. Lara and Reuben helped me find exactly what I was looking for provided an excellent service . Thank you very much.

Great shop! Ruben is always helpful and knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Has helped give me great recommendations and turned me away from not so great ones! Vape and mobile is surprisingly useful combo, having an electronics store is helpful as well

Had an iPhone repaired here. The screen lasted 6 months before going faulty. Replaced under warranty. 2nd screen went faulty after another 6 months. They wouldn't repair the screen again, instead tried to negotiate a price out of us to repair it. They didn't seem to care that their work wasn't lasting any length of time.They clearly use sub standard screens or don't fit them correctly. I would stay away if you are looking to have a phone repaired and save yourself the hassle.

As a vaper for the last 15 yrs it was great to find a vape shop with staff who know thier products and about vaping, fantastic range of kits to suit all types of vapers and enormous range of vape juice. will be visiting again as I didnt have time to to check out all the juice. Now to be my go to place for vape kit.

Ruben at V&M in Teddington is probably the most helpful person I’ve come across. His advice is invaluable and unlike other places always has great stock of my favourites! To be honest everybody who works there has been great. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Been a customer for years, I bought elf vape one time use with 600 puffs and broke after 4 puffs. Would not give a refund or replace as owner says its not his fault. I will e report whoever needs to be emailed for A) stocking faulty goods b) non compliance of cumsumer rights.
