Great service, we've just had Birchgrove back to tighten up our stair runner which had come loose (it was fitted by them in Dec2018)They were here for a short time and provided this service for free which we think is excellent given the carpet has had normal wear and tear. Thank you!

Very friendly and helpful in store, sorted out a quote nice and quick. Everything being covered in the price per m^2 meant no hidden costs. Work was carried out quickly and to a high standard. We will be using them again when the next room needs a carpet!

Being in my mid 60's, have used quite a few carpet suppliers and fitters.Would like to put on record here, that the guys at Birchgrove Carpets did the most incredible job fully fitting out a 4-bed, new build to the highest possible standards AND finished up by 2pm leaving the house immaculate and a wonderful sight for moving in that day.Brilliant job guys, thanks.Couldn't recommend them high enough.

Excellent all round customer service and fitting of good quality British carpet at a competitive price.Felt I’d gone to the right company from the time I walked into the shop on Caerphilly Road. No pressure to buy but very helpful with what we needed.Came out to our house with samples of the carpet we liked a few days later to measure up and helped with our choice.Fitted the carpet the following week and did a great job there too.Very happy customers and would definitely recommend.

What a fantastic service from Birchgrove Carpets right from when I phoned them a friendly, reliable service right from the off. Owain came out when he said he would and explained how things worked and what service we would get. I explained I wanted to get the carpet fitted as soon as possible and to my surprise Owain arranged for it to be fitted the following week. The day of the fitting there was no hassle for us they even moved the wardrobe out and back in for us when they finished. The fitters were friendly and as helpful as they could be, nothing was any bother for them. I would definitely recommend Birchgrove Carpets and will definitely be using them again. Such a fantastic service.
