The Food Warehouse by Iceland

Personally love this Iceland. I go after work on the way home. It's usually quiet Only downside is usually a single till. But they will open up a second when busy and the single till situation is usually suitable especially the time I go which is around 16:40ish. Plus great selection. Best Iceland selection atleast with the other Iceland's in Southampton.

Relatively bigger Iceland compare to the Portswood one. Ample parking space and free of cost for half an hour. Apart from all the frozen foods one can also find lot of fruits, veggies, dairy and other groceries here.

I love this place but have to travel about 20 miles to shop here. Staff friendly, loads of food options, parking charged £1 for 1 hour

Good place for shopping but 5 stars for that, but not many stars for 1 particular staff member, this girl works on the tills at the food warehouse in southampton,West Quay retail park, im not being rude in anyway she looks like a barbie doll very young with very long hair and she likes to stare at me and my partner which really makes us feel uncomfortable but my partner went here yesterday 30th May 2023, and he noticed this staff member doing it to other couples, this can't be good, we should all feel comfortable when shopping somewhere we like and not worry about 1 Pacific staff member constantly stareing all the time.

The reason why I’ve marked this store with only 2 stars is the absolute loudness of the so called music and the artist that was singing. I could only stay in the store Less than 30 minutes and only bought two products and my intention was to do my whole freezer shop today… I did speak to a young lady on the checkout and she said that many customers have complained about the dreadful music ……I think this store could do with a visit from HEALTH & SAFETY simply because your staff Nor your customers should have to put up with LOUD MUSIC all day long …. SO PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ON LOOSING CUSTOMERS….your doing fine !

Its great place for larger sizes and many varieties of frozen foods! Usually some decent deals on bulk buys!

Overpriced, I bought coleslaw 75p cheaper in the Coop of all places.Even the salad was Overpriced.No wonder people are shopping at Aldi and Lidl.

Good selection of products, with a very good frozen section.

Delivered 5 items out of 25 asked for a refund and was told they will take 5 days to get back to me! (Not to issue the refund just to get the store to check that they haven't misplaced the items) So got no food in the house and no money to buy anything until they issue a refund.Literally couldn't care less when I've called. Wouldn't use again if it was the last place on earth.
