Very disappointed with them. Bread not delivered early on Xmas eve. Paid for my goods to pick up later. When returned to collect, goods not been delivered. Given my money back. Very disappointed. One day in year they should not have let people down

Staff are not attentive or pleasant. Products are expensive and over rated. Don't often have some products available as they only bake set amounts each day.

Very nice cake and pie shop does what Wigan is famous for and that is top quality pies and to top it off they have some really lovely staff

Sorry. Used to spend a lot of money here, and that is the thing......they are so expensive now. I can buy half a cooked chicken for the price of a pastie. Don't get me started on the price of their soup.

Awesome food and staff... but by around 11am they literally have nothing left. People go there for their dinner and are usually disappointed by the lack of food. That's my only issue.
