Great range of eco friendly packaging and super customer service. On discovering I had received the wrong shade of blue tissue, several weeks after receipt, I emailed with not much hope of assistance, given the passage of time. . The business replied straight away however and sent the correct item, at no additional cost which I received a couple of days later. Very happy customer.

Sent me faulty products after using the company for a long time - (despite the high prices, remained a loyal customer). Contacted customer support to have the faulty items sent back a refunded, but was spoken to with disrespect and zero understanding or help, by someone named Cyndi - who ignored all details and was absolutely awful at their job. Still no solution has been given, absolutely disgusting behaviour. I will be sourcing elsewhere - you should too!

Used to be really good and efficient but unfortunately it is very clear that the company has decided to cut the costs by reducing the quality of their products. We understand that the times are difficult but this is beyond a joke. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

If you have a query,they will work it out with you,if you need a sample,they will send one. Their product and service,is second to none, I dont even look anywhere else,because I know Transpack Ltd. will come up trumps.....

I requested samples of their cellophane & biodegradable wrap. These arrived swiftly as did my order. It meant I could have my artwork wrapped in plenty of time. Polite & professional service throughout. Recommend.
