My friend who has learning difficulties Took a P20 lite with a broken screen into here against our advice they have ripped the connector off the motherboard for the charging port and then tried to blame the previous repairer bearing in mind the phone had no problems charging before hand i have enclosed the picture of the port to show the extensive damage caused when approached they have offered to temporary fix the problem at a cost of £35 when it is obviously their fault they have done a very bad job on the screen as well at a cost of £75 glue showing up the sides and half the screen not responsive

Fone Revive repaired my moto g9 plus after I literally ruined the screen after I dropped it. LET DOWN AT EVERY POINT AND HOSTILE - INCORRECT PRICING, BOTCHED MULTIPLE FIXES, NO RECEIPT AND MADE TO FEEL IN THE WRONG.ISSUE STILL PRESENT AND THEY ARE IGNORING MY CONTACTGave the wrong price when quoting, after I specified exactly which model phone I had.Dropped the phone off my phone to be called later with a price 30£ more than quoted. I noted my concerns as getting it replaced by the manufacturer was only slightly more again. They offered a screen protector as a GOGW I accepted as I wanted my phone sorted ASAP.Got it back later that day and they suggested cash or BACS. I pay my garage invoices via BACS so I didn't mind.They told me it's under warranty with them and they used samsung OE.Top speaker sounded rough when playing music and I couldn't hear any voices on calls. Also the screen protector wasn't even on straight and cracked in phone holder the next dayPut it back into them, but they made me feel like it would be rejected but they had repaired it. Sadly they failed to call the contact number previously provided and we had to call them.I took my phone back and found a couple of days later moisture inside the camera lense. I commonly take my phone in the shower for music and will occasionally wipe it with a sponge. It's IP68 rated (the highest currently)I contacted them urgently to re everything an attitude that no screen replacement is waterproof again. I said that this was never mentioned to me and upon contacting Samsung service online chat found that the IP68 rating should be restored after a screen repairI asked them for documentation of work carried out and a receipt for the original warranty which they failed to be able to provide. They said they looked at it but couldn't see why the moisture was getting in and were argumentative about what is classed as being waterproof. I told them that I'm not taking it past 6m deep for over half an hour and I assumed that this may have been resolved on them re-sealing the phone.I have asked them to rectify the issue of refund my moneyISSUE STILL PRESENT AND THEY ARE IGNORING MY CONTACT

Lovely and kind man was so helpful with my today. He fixed my phone so quickly and was honest and very intelligent. Great service, will always come back here for local phone repairs! Great service and quality

What an amazing service. So much cheaper than other shops that have quoted me, when my phone broke. Highly recommended and the guy is really helpful and patient. If I had that guys job, I would be pulling my hair out. Thanks for being awesome.

Changed my phone screen, didn’t work properly. Back again, said that problem was resolved but phone still doesn’t work as it should be. Back again, was rude and asked to pay for the service! Not recommend at all! Motherplate has been damaged and now I need a new phone !

Hi just to let people no took my wife's Samsung phone into have a new screen guy was helpful he took of broken screen but when unpackedthe new one it was damaged so he said sorry ill have to order another screen but I've put your old one back on for now for you to use but finger print wasn't working and he said I haven't connected it back till I have theothernewscreen anyway new screen turned up 3xdays later look phone back he done the job I paid him what he asked FINGERPRINT STILL NOT WORKING I TOLD HIM ANDHESAID WAIT FOR A SOFTWARE UPDATE ANDTHATWILL SORT IT WHICH I DID STILL NOT WORKING TOOK IT BACKTODAY SATURDAY THE 28TH OCTOBER FOR HIM TO SAY I CAN HAVEALOOKFOR YOU BUT ILL BE CHARGING FOR THE REPIAIR WHICH HE BROKE AND FAULSEY LIED TO GETOUT OF IT SO STAY AWAY AND DONT GET CAUGHT HONSTELY OR YOU WILL BE IN THE SAME BOAT
