Kwik Fit - Norwich - Thorpe

Great kwik fit. Helped me out when I needed a quick repair. The guy at reception is always very professional as are all the staff. Recommended.

Really impressed with the ease of booking, swift MOT service and fixing of minor faults. Highly communicative and friendly staff made the experience all round a pleasure rather than a chore. Also the music played in the waiting room is decent and on a good sound system! Stuff like this really matters! Would highly recommend!

Irrelevant the amount of years kwik fit has been up and running they still expect the customers to sit and wait for prolonged periods of time on plastic wipe clean but stained over the years with oil seats. Whilst the work undertaken is usually of good quality sadly the customer areas are like the work shops ( grubby, stained, and in desperate need of some sort of make over (as can be seen by pictures ). This way when a customer waits 90 minutes for a tyre change or another MOT failure they don’t automatically feel they have been taken for a mug when they see the size of the bill.I would usually recommend Wilco but as the car was a fleet car I had to take it to Kwik Fit and everyone there was very pleasant but not in any rush to get the customers job completed from what I could see and always a reason or excuse for the delay.I would have no reason not to go to Kwik Fit but now understand why they got rid of the TV advertisement “ you can’t get quicker than a Kwik Fit Fitter” !!! Wanna bet …….

Extremely happy with the service. Clear, crystal communication. Kwik fit manager Mike is a greatest asset to your centre. Made the entire process hassle free and people like him make chose Kwik fit as the go to place for any car needs. 100 marks for store cleanliness. Technicians using use and throw seat covers means a lot towards the importance of safety attributes for your customers. East or west Kwik fit is the best

I had an issue with a rattling exhaust, and the team took such good care of me. Mick was so kind, and had the car up on the ramp within 5 mins of driving in and had fixed the issue within 10 mins. Amazing service, thank you.

Really friendly and nice but unfortunately set the tire pressures way too low, took to kings Lynn Kwik fit on my way home where I was told they should have been 33 front 30 rear as per what was listed on the doors, where instead they were all set at 27. I do appreciate how quickly you saw to my car but would only go back in an emergency.

Great service and very quickly sorted by tyre without any issues. Usually I go to national tyres but end up waiting around a long time, but found kwik fit much more efficient and friendly!

Rude, due to have a MOT at 8.30am couldn't get in their drive due to having a euro parts van blocking the drive and terrible traffic on the road leading in, they could also see I was heavily pregnant needing my MOT to be done and then sent me away for being 9 minutes late after they could see me waiting to get in their car park! Absolutely awful really unhelpful!!!!
