Cats Protection - Ferndown Homing Centre

Picked up two lovely kittens today. They are settling in very well. I could not be any more happy. The staff where wonderful and very helpful. I would help and donate when I can. Highly recommend them.

I dislike that on the website it says they might not get back to your enquiry due to how busy they are. At the very least a reply to potentially re-home a cat is surely the point of the place. In the end I went elsewhere, I would have preferred to re-home a cat but the process seems somewhat over the top.

What a wonderful establishment for cats who have need to extra help. We lost our cat to cancer and knew we wanted to adopt another. So we came here. The staff are wonderfully caring and understanding. The pens are immaculately big and clean with an array of toys all to keep them feeling at home. Our boy had been there 4 weeks, he had a tooth extracted and generally given the BUPA type medical. we where prepared to take on 2. But found George who was very laid back knew what he wanted and we felt that we would get on well. So now George is living with us and he is a beautiful boy. Thank you to all the staff at Ferndown you are doing a wonderful job.

Really efficient and friendly service. Staff were amazing and you can tell that all the cats and kittens are happy and well looked after. Pens are extremely clean.

All the staff are really friendly and the cats are cared for very well. There is free parking but check the opening times before you go as they close down to care/feed/groom and play with the cats in their care at various points in the day. There is also a shop where you can buy all sorts of stuff for your cat

Amazing place all your cat needs taken care of with no fuss

Picked up our female cat this morning, excellent service from all the staff involved. Pleased it all went well, and the young cat is exploring our house, to get used to it's surroundings.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Helpful team with email, phone enquiries and in person on site.
