I now see why these stores get such bad reviews. Store closes at 6pm so I arrived at half five this evening only to see the shopkeeper locking the door to the shop and heading out for the night...literally scurrying into St James's Park tube station. Like come on! I just needed my watch battery changed! It's not like I wanted to come in for a 7 course meal. I stood watching in disbelief.

Went in for my watch battery to be replaced and expected to collect it in a while.The lovely lady literally did it on the spot in minutes and I was on my way.Couldn’t recommend more!

Had a problem with the heel of my shoe coming away. The gentlemen (normally works at Fleet Street) who sorted did so very efficiently and I got great value for money.Will be going back!

The staff at this Timpson are helpful and polite. Fairly Quick service. Needed to have some keys copied, unfortunately the new one didn't work because the original was so dodgy but they redid it without a problem.I haven't had any shoes done here thoughYou can buy keyrings here and shoe care accessories

Always excellent service every time I've done there. Last time I went they managed to fix my non-standard (cheap) digital watch strap, did it on the spot and didn't charge me anything. I also aught to add that I love the company ethos of Timpsons so it's an real joy to be able to write this review.

Wow amazing, heel put on by another store had come off but they said they'd reattach it for free and when I picked up the boots they actually had new heels on! You guys you didn't have to do that! Thank you!!
