Dreams Liverpool Edge Lane

My husband and I visited the Dreams store on Monday 24th July. We were greeted and immediately felt welcomed in by a lady called Debbie, we were then introduced to the lovely Kelly who just made our experience special, so very helpful, explaining everything to fine detail nothing was to much to ask, very patient and generously gave us some goodies to come home with also. Thank you very much Debbie and Kelly.

We went here and was greeted at the door by Jenny who showed us around .we was allowed to test the beds with a pillow she provided .I got the perfect mattress after using there special Machine which selects your ideal mattress .We was offered a drink while we was sorting all the delivery details out , I would recommend this place for great quality and friendly staff .

We visited the Dreams Store on Edge Lane Liverpool on Sunday 25th June 2023 and were received by Linda. She welcomed us and proceeded to serve us with patience to our numerous questions. She answered them all, and even measured us for our ideal bed, mattress and pillows. This experience left us feeling warm and valued as customers. We definitely recommend this store and thank you Linda for a great experience.

The shop is big, well laid out, an excellent range of beds. Most of all the staff are some of the best staff I have meet. Knowledgeable, friendly really helped my son choose the right bed for him. Even making sure that the delivery instructions were correct sometimes living in a 2nd floor flat with no lift can be problematic

Friendly staff, ordered a great bed frame with only a week to wait to have it delivered. Only downside was the broken front door.

Great service and using the sleep machine ensured the perfect mattress for me. A great experience with friendly, patient, attentive staff. Not pushy or pressured at all. Impressed overall thanks to Kelly.

We went into dreams today looking at mattresses a lovely lady named Debbie greeted us and she gave us a fantastic experience trying mattresses she was so nice she also offered us a drink witch I thought was lovely we did purchase a mattress how could we not we also purchased 2 pillows thank you Debbie for a great experience Maria Roberts

Myself and my partner went into store as we were suffering with back pain from our 4 -year-old cheap mattress we purchased from Amazon.We had no idea what we needed as neither of us had ever been into a shop for a mattress before.We were quickly approached and greeted by Kelly who asked us if we had any idea what we were looking for.We were then placed on their matress sleep analyser which analysed your best sleeping position and took into account your aches and pains.Kelly then showed us to our suggested mattress and saw that we were unsure as we didn't know how to analyse the comfort of a mattress. She then proceeded to show us many mattresses and not once did Kelly make us feel self-conscious or rushes with our decision. She was very attentive and helpful and helped us to find our perfect mattress that we are very kuch looking forward to being delivered. Our free matress protector and discounted pillows were a real bonus!For our first time buying a mattress of high quality, in store we couldn't recommend Dreams in Edge Lane highly enough! All staff were warm, welcoming, informative and helpful.

Strange shop. Had a look around, shop assistant was very pushy. When I said I’d think about it he angrily claimed that it would be better to buy from him than online. Which made me much less inclined to buy anything from this shop or ever return.
