We had a blocked iron cast stack that needing cutting and clearing, came out within a couple of hours of me ringing to assess the job and give us a price, rang half hour before coming to the house which is always good. Came the very next day and did the job for us. Very happy and would definitely recommend. 5⭐

Absolutely couldn’t recommend these guys enough they did an excellent job in atrocious conditions. Explaining everything as the work progressed. Polite friendly professional and skilled.

I’d love to be able to review this company based on their workmanship, but I’m afraid they never even got in touch to give me a quote.I posted a Job on My Builder to get some drainage and soil pipe removed. The company indicated they’d be interested in doing the work so I thought good stuff.The way My Builder works is you post a job, a company requests to give you a quote, you then read their reviews and shortlist them if you’re happy.This then allows the company to contact you either by phone or through the My Builder messaging service. Sadly they did neither. It’s been over a week now and I’ve prompted them twice but still no response.I’m sure they’re busy but a simple text, call or reply to say you’ll be in touch would be appreciated.Not very professional guys.

I would readily recommend Diamond Drainage based on my experience.I contacted them to remedy overflowing drains on my property. They attended within 24 hours (faster than I had expected) and kept me up to date on the time when they would arrive. The drains were unblocked, checked that they were running freely and the cause of the problem identified. Jay who attended was professional and personable. He took time to provide some very useful information to me and my neighbour about our sewerage system and the responsibility of the water company – and action to take should the problem reoccur.I consider the cost reasonable for the service provided.

Found Jay from Diamond Drainage to be really friendly and helpful. Explained everything clearly and was happy to answer our questions. Planned in the work for when it was mutually suitable and was accommodating when we needed to change the date. Email communication was good. Unfortunately after the 3rd time the water board had been out, they agreed it was their responsibility to repair so we had to cancel our work planned with Diamond Drains. Jay was very understanding and helpful and due to the circumstances being out of our control, he agreed to refund our deposit as goodwill. although we didn’t end up using them their customer service was excellent.

Phoned on a Sat to request investigation of a blocked drain, was told they could call the next day between 10am-12pm, which was great. The next day waited in till 1pm and hadn't heard anything. I tried to phone back, no answer, left answer phone message and they didn't my call returned. Waited in till 2pm, wasted a full morning waiting in for nothing.

Great service. Had a drain flooding problem. Came out the next day. Figured out the problem and sorted it. Cleaned up after. Couldn't recommend enough. Will use again.

After contacting Michael at Diamond Drains about my blocked drains he sent out his team. Jay manage to unblock drain. Only to find it blocked again. They dealt with this professionally and fast. It was not straight forward but the team kept going until it was resolved. Fantastic first class service Michael!!
