I ordered a David Bowie Monopoly set on 15/08/20 and was received on 19/08/20. What fantastic service, 4 days from ordering to receiving game! I can’t comment on the quality as this was bought as a present that I’ve yet to give to the recipient.

They offer fast free delivery on everything and on top of this their prices are cheaper than Amazon. Wide range of games in stock on the website. Highly recommended for board games and card games!

Poor customer services. Ordered a hand puppet for Christmas present, it was shown on the website in boxed packaging, it even gave the dimensions of the packaging in the product description . I was very disappointed when it arrived in a cellophane bag. I sent 2 emails around 6 days apart querying why it had come without the box packaging. The only response I got was 2 system generated ones acknowledging them.

Cancelled both my orders that I placed when I only wanted to cancel one. Made myself very clear what I wanted to do both by email and customer services. Will not be using this inefficient company again

Very easy to order and great deals! I found this website was much cheaper that other retailers and was quick delivery.Highly recommend.

***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY***Absolutely awful customer service, delivered my package to the wrong address. Had a picture from tracking showing it at a front door that wasn't mine. Didn't matter to them, they were rude, uncaring and robotic, not even a sorry. Avoid like the plague.Edit: re the stores response, the item was not ordered through Amazon and they were directly responsible for delivery. If they put as much effort into customer service as they do in false responses to reviews their business might survive a little longer!

Avoid like the plague. Worst customer service I have ever recieved in my life. I paid extra for UPS delivery so not to be affected by the strikes. They sent the order by royal mail anyway. When I contacted customer service about this, they just sent me the royal mail tracking number. When I pointed out again that the royal mail tracking number was actually the issue they said, oh we'll investigate with the warehouse. Zero resolution and now I have a gift arriving too late for me to use. Do not shop here, I never will again. Mistakes happen but I do expect issues to be resolved and for that, you need adequate customer service, something you'll not get here.

Have ordered a couple of times now, order was dealt with very quickly , and arrived quickly and in good packaging. Find their prices are very competitive and often have items that I can’t find elsewhere.
