Luxury Nails

Nails were amazing! Looks so good, the only fault I could give them is they weren’t very talkative so most of the clients were sat there in silence, but the nails itself looks so nice

The staff was super friendly and patient with me. Nail technician had to swap part-way through and both that did my hands were gentle and careful. Clean place, lovely staff, and good prices, I will definitely be going back.

Not very gd I clearly asked them the day b4 how much acrylics with tips was and decribes what I wanted but when I arrived for my appointment she was 35 mins late she started to do my nails then I realised she was not doing what I asked for I told her but she already knew day b4, she carried on I then told her again after 35 mins I said she's not doing what I asked for I.rols her I had ro be out shop at 1.30 to get t bus so at 1.05 I said that's not what I asked for two ladies sitting next ro me even told the lady what I asked for she said she wouldn't have time ro do what I asked for so all she done was shape my nails and polish as I've started.ro grow em I'm very disappointed and disgusted I paid 28.00 for something that wasn't what I wanted, I've demanded my money back nor ro be redone but ro get done properly elsewhere.I.will never use them again or recommend.end them.

I went into have my nails redone today, I've always enjoyed going here but not after today, the young girl was rude to me the whole way through even the lady sat next to me said how rude, I was going to have a pedicure as well but not after the way I was treated, I will never set foot in this shop again

Cannot recommend this nail spa enough - super friendly staff and amazing choices and attention to detail. The best place to go if you live in Salisbury or surrounding areas.P/s: They also have free tea or coffee now apparently

I was visiting from out of town and came here for a manicure before a wedding I was attending. That was 3.5 weeks ago and my gel is still going strong. I've never had a gel manicure last for so long! (Having it removed today at my local salon since it's quite grown out, but very impressed with the longevity of this manicure).

Highly recommend. Always get my nails done here, everyone is great! I always get seen quickly, even when it's busy.

Went here for a full set of acrylics. The guy was so rough with my fingers, I even had to sy ouch and pull away a couple of times. They are the thickest acrylics I have ever had, they look cheap and are so, so sore after the aggressive filing for shaping. I wanted them to look natural but they are just annoyingly chunky. The guy also had filthy dirty hands! It was gross. Will NOT be going back.

What a lovely upgrade professional and classy. Visited with my daughter apart from not able to sit next to each other and chat, it was very enjoyable both nail technician's did a fabulous job, huge thankyou to a great team.

Me and my sister had full set of nails, fantastic place, staff was so lovely and above all super job!!, so much so we returned the next day for a spa pedicure which was delightful I've been to many nail bars and this is by far the best ! I will returning, thank you Luxury teams!!!!
