Absolutely fantastic garage. Fully competent mechanics. Keith (owner) is professional and polite and goes above what is expected. My clutch went on my 2003 vw caravelle. I only had a week before needing the car for our family holiday. Looked unlikely and multiple other garages around Horsham area turned me away. Kars (and Keith) took on the job, had my car fixed within days and I could take my family away on holiday. They saved our summer!! Keith maintains my dad's car and has done for years, always perfectly. I highly recommend Kars to everyone, and I'll be returning from now on.

Had engine seized on my BMW Mini and was recommended to Keith @ KaRS by a close friend. A full engine replacement was needed and the repair a complete success. In my opinion we do not show appreciation as often as we should so I am absolutely delighted having just collected my car. Reasonably priced for such a large job and a knowledgeable no nonsense service. Definitely 5 stars.

Polite, prompt professional service.Helpful staff that take the time to explain their findings and discuss options available. I believe they do MOTs, servicing, welding repairs all carried out to a high quality. I wouldn't hesitate to take my vehicles back there again.

Took my car in for an MOT, failed on rear plate bulb and wiper blades. Looking at other reviews, they seem to fixate on failing wiper blades, maybe if there isn't anything else more substantial that fails it's an easy buck?Also, they pulled my phone mount and air freshener off the windscreen and rear view mirror, which nowhere else has ever done.Charged me £140 for MOT, parts, and labour to change a bulb and wiper blades, didn't phone me with cost before carrying out the work. Won't be going back next year.

Took my vivaro van in for a mot. They failed it on the windscreen wiper blades apparently were too short, they were bought from Vauxhall as the correct blades. Also for a chip on the windscreen which had also been repaired by a glass professional company.There were some other issues.They also broke the bonnet catch.Asked them for a quote for the repairs, chased them a many times and never received a response . They are only interested in making the £ 50 + pounds they make from doing the mot. Really do not recommend using these bunch of cowboys.

KARS are a great reliable garage that i would recommend.i hit a pothole completely bent my alloys & Keith had the wheel repaired & back on my car the following day fitted with a new tyre. Great service.

Took my car for an mot and they failed it for foggy untestable headlights, poorly functioning wipers and a broken drivers seat. Having attended college for mechanics I knew all of this was false. I took it to a different garage and they were shocked it had been failed. Headlamps were easily testable, wipers cleared the windscreen absolutely fine. The drivers seat does wobble but I was told it’s not a fail. I won’t be using them again.

Myself and my family started using cars about 2-3years ago now as our previous mechanic packed up and recomended them. At first we were skeptical as my family had used the same mechanic for about 40 years. However, kars have been amazing. The work is always completed to a high standard, they even managed to Eline my wheel which another garage said they couldn't. We will be continuing to use cars for the future.
