Spashland very disappointing as they only allow caravan holders to access the pool . Can understand this in busy months however absolutely ridiculous when the pool was near enough empty. We then went to the outside play area which was full of litter and empty drink cups over the floor . Great start to the summer

Pool was quite dirty. Lots of sand and cloudy. Lifeguard was playing blasting music, that was not appropriate for children, with swearing. My 8 year old had fun though.

Pool was so cold we could only tolerate for about 15mins. My 12 year olds lips were blue after a few minutes despite swimming the whole time to keep warm. Never again. Brrr

Really bad!! We waiting in massive queue in the end they tell us we can't use with swimming pool because we have to book on reception. Kids was very disappointed. This place put down kids and parents. I never was in worse place like this!!

Plenty of space when we went on a Friday afternoon. Lifeguards always around. Fair price at £5 entry. Would be better with more features such as more slides or wave machines like some other pools. Child friendly

We was here a week but was only able to use the pool once for 45 mins as it was full all the time. There was no info before entering or on the website to say we needed 20p for the lockers (we had taken pound coins) lots of teen girls dressed as life guards pacing the edges of the pool making us anxious as if they were guards walking the walls. It was so full that you could barely move and I was kicked in the face by a child just trying to swim. There are much better pools elsewhere.

A fair swimming pool for a holiday camp. Children enjoyed the slides and water jets. Staff were pleasant. However, beware that during busy times there can be a very long wait to get in. This can be very frustrating as there was no communication to explain. This could be quite easily rectified with signage to explain the system in operation where coloured bands dictate the time you have in the pool if busy. Visited on four occasions during our stay with varying degrees of cleanliness in the changing rooms.

Twice I visited the pool with my boys on the second visit after about 25 minutes I went to change afterwards I asked if it was ok to give my son the locker key when returning to the table I slipped not one member of the team came to see if I was ok after returning to the caravan I started to feel the pain which I still got 3days later

Always some sort of repair going on whenever we visit which means we have never once had full access to the splash pad and the slides as well as the pool.
