Bought a laptop and right from the start it was a disaster, Unhelpful and untrained staff in product and Customer service, We have had to call back which they reassured us to do by the Manager who said he would help, and we have had to make several phone calls to a number at 85p per min,When my Husband called back to Curry's they were rude and unhelpful, when i called them they too were unhelpful, never again will i spend money at this shop or go in ever, they can not get basic details right and do not check information which caused this knock on effect, disgusting rubbish store and horrible staff.

Made my order online and turned up and collected. Simple and straightforwardPs. If your buying a big product. Park as close as you can. Some people park right at the other end. So I'm told.Lol

A regular spot to get my tvs and electrical items both for work and home.The staff are always friendly and helpful. As expected at a retail park there is good parking.

Poor experience bought a Dyson air cool fan, it was not as described, did not cool the air, the manager noor said he would test it so he plugged it in 5 seconds later he said it works fine and cools without using anything to check the temperature, any excuse not to give a refund, I only bought the fan the day before yet made every effort to avoid doing the decent thing and refunding. The store policy is that if you open the packaging then they will not refund. How are we supposed to know how a product works without opening the packaging the fan is weak and the air cooling is pathetic.

Absolutely brilliant service with friendly staff member who really looked after me with my tassimo Bosch coffee machine, pods and product insurance. Wish I had his name and thought about writing to Currys to congratulate them on fabulous experience all round. Perfect.

Appalling customer service. Waiting time to be seen by member of staffwas excessive. Arrived at store at 10am. Told go and return in the afternoon. Only one person who can deal with mobile phone issues. Very poor. Tills not even cash up. Overall experience substandard.

Went in to buy a vacuum cleaner I had seen on the website. Couldn’t find them so was wondering around, not one member of staff acknowledged us. Seen they had an upstairs section where the appliances were, fine. Stood looking at vacuumes for 10 mins without anyone acknowledging me. Couldn’t see the one I was interested in on display but plenty of boxed once just randomly about the place. None of the staff could be bothered to offer any assistance so left. I’ll buy one online from Argos.
