From start to finish I was treated with courtesy by Jean Karim. He responded professionally to my many emails, gave me sound advice when requested to do so and was friendly and understanding when I decided to sell my vehicle privately rather than accept Marshall’s low trade in price. On the day I picked up my new car Jean came to the railway station to get me and with his advice on the day I was able to insure the vehicle for £400 less than what I had been previously offered. Excellent customer service provided by Harriet, from initial meeting to handover. After-sales has been excellent too following on from a couple of small things found. Nothing has been too much trouble and it’s been a very pleasurable purchase experience.

This review is for the service department. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My car was booked in for a day for a repair. It wasn’t returned that day and I didn’t receive any notification that it was being kept in overnight or why. Despite numerous requests for a call back and being told various people (names noted) would call me, no one returned my calls. I didn’t speak to anyone on the service desk at all. On occasions when I rang the phone was unanswered for up to 25 minutes at a time until I gave up. I was eventually told by a receptionist that they were waiting for parts and I would get the car back at the end of day 2. I was then told by the same receptionist that there were problems with my car but she couldn’t disclose what the problem was! After 3 days my car was returned but with no information. I don’t know if the car still has a problem, whether the problem has been resolved or whether there is more work to do. Shambolic

Excellent service from Harriet Jolley.I especially appreciated the personal video of the car as I was a remote buyer. It was emailed to me 30 minutes after my enquiry. Decided to purchase a used Discovery Commercial from a long standing local main dealer, so chose Marshall Peterborough. Pre sale service was very good however in the sale agreement were a few things to be done to the vehicle prior to collection. Unfortunately none of the work was carried out without advising me other than a sensor that was on back order. Charging for products and not supplying is bad enough but not servicing the vehicle etc is a serious issue. Nothing that they said would be done was done. Very poor experience I'm afraid"

Came here to collect parts for my car after ordering over the phone, was told they would be ready monday to collect and i came on tuesday to collect them which gives them the day to have them ready, 1 of the parts was ready and then i was told wait 5-10minutes as they are still doing the delivery. It should have been ready the previous day. Poor service from such a big reputable company. Never had these issues with any other dealer such as Audi and BMW and yet Land Rovers are meant to be luxury vehicles!
