This company have taken six years to sort out a simple matter that could easily been dealt with in one. Costing me thousands more than the original settlement. The service is slow even forgetful but the bills arrive on time.

Myself and my partner have called 4 times and have been promised a call back and we have not received anything. We were told we hadn't been contacted as they were short staffed but someone would call. This has now been nearly a month with no contact even though we keep chasing. Appaulling service, I wouldn't use or recommend them to anyone in the future.

I emailed regarding carrying out conveyancing for my property sale. Received an initial response asking for further details and since then nothing. Very disappointing indeed and I would have at least expected some kind of response. Even if it was to say they couldn't act for me for whatever reason.

I can highly recommend Halletts & Co!I engage them to deal with the sale of my leasehold business. Craig Sherwood dealt with everything professionally and promptly and was always happy to answer any queries I had during the process even out of hours. In all the dealings I had with other employees, secretaries, receptionist et cetera I can honestly say they were always very professional and extremely helpful.

I'd highly advise against using this solicitors. The service is slow, incompetent and calls are never returned. It was truly painful for myself and others in my family having to deal with them to close my Dad's estate. Toby took barely any responsibility as the executor and contact from us to them was regularly ignored. Extremely disappointing.
