Could be more organized, was made to sit an entry level 3 in customer services although I have a level 2 in it which I questioned, then was given the reason, was because of something to do with the diagnosis exam which was worded poorly, prior to joining the course I had to contact them as they gave me no details on where it was and when the course started as well as the time. I finished the course hoping to get a job interview which they haven't bothered to contact me about but instead emailed me asking me to fill out a feedback form to which wasn't even attached to the email. Only thing I could highlight good about the place is friendly staff. Not sure but feels like they're fishing for government funding in my opinion.

Found this service unorganised. Signed up for a IT and customer service course but never actually got to do them courses as they pushed other exams onto me which I failed in because there was no support given to help with passing the random exams that wasn't expected or even apart of the courses I was initially their for which lead me to leave the program without even passing the course i applied for. Whats a waste of time. The only good things about the service was 1 member of staff called chanel that deserves a payrise, shes such a credit to the company.
