CommentI felt very welcomed when I went there. The showroom is lovely and excellent choice of carpets and flooring. The owner was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with my final choice of carpets and also LVT. The fitters were very professional and my flooring looks stunning. Thanks to the whole team.

We have used Dawlish carpets and Flooring now four times. Every time we received a great service and the fitters always do a really great job too.We will definitely be using them again soon.

Probably the worst customer experience and owner you have ever seen. Paul who used to own the shop was lovely gave great service however the new Lady owner is vial with no care for customers and only cash. Had carpet fitted too short for the room she wasn't interested just wanted paying. Asked for carpet to be whipped which wasn't whipped to the right size or amounts was told by husband not to worry about payment and now the vile lady is threatening us keep away the impeciable service from Paul is long gone Dawlish Carpets & Flooring are run by money grabbing owners with no care for service or quality.

Thoroughly impressed with the service here from start to finish. At the showroom I was helped by a lady for whom nothing was too much trouble, and was a real pleasure to deal with. She knew her stuff, and greatly assisted a wise choice.The fitters also were extremely helpful and professional. Helped me by moving an antique with extreme care.The carpet itself was just what I wanted.Would definitely use Dawlish carpets again.

Really excellent service from Lois and her team. They fitted commercial safety flooring and a domestic stairs carpet for us and did a great job with both. When there was a small issue, they sorted it out professionally and quickly.

A faultless experience from when we first walked in the door to the floor being put down. Nothing was too much trouble. The lovely Lois ensured that we were happy every step of the way, even driving over to our house with 6+ huge heavy boards for us to lay on our floor to decide what we wanted. Highly recommended & wouldn’t think twice about using them again. Thank you Lois. Oh & the flooring is amazing, we opted for Karndean oak & it looks stunning also brilliantly fitted down by this company.HIGH PRAISE!

Dawlish Carpets fitted our new flooring in our caravan while we were away. The fitter they used was trustworthy, clean and showed our property respect. We would highly recommend them.

We couldn't of had better service from choosing our carpet to having it fitted.Dawlish carpets were excellent, good communication, the fitter was on time and excellent administration throughout the whole process. We are very pleased with the carpets.I would definitely recommend them.
