I can't praise this company highly enough. They came to my attention via 3 FB recommendations so the expectation was already high but they totally exceeded it. I'd been without hot water for a number of days and the boiler was fixed and ready to use in no time. Excellent service, good price and I won't use anyone else now I have their contact details. Thank you doesn't seem be be enough.

Really appreciate the service and attitude from Ricky Pro plumbers. Problem with a blocked main bathroom sink was attended to without a drama and professionally. Great communication from start to finish. Would and will recommend to others.

Fantastic service from them. They gave us lots of help to diagnose the problem with our leaking boiler and sorted it out for us very fast, doing extra work without additional charge. Absolutely brilliant response from the team here, found a leak in my bathroom which ruined the bathroom and kitchen, fixed it in no time and will be fitting a new kitchen, bathroom and ceilings. I genuinely Couldn’t have asked for a more professional, supportive and responsive service ! Would definitely recommend.

The engineer arrived when he said he would, understood what was required, and did a excellent job. Was polite and clean and tidy. Importantly he used quality copper fittings which is harder to do and takes longer but gives a better result. I would love to recommend them to all! 5 stars!

Ricky and his guys attended our house over the weekend. We'd returned home from holiday with our 2 small children to a broken boiler and a house that was 6°C. They were fantastic, arrived within a few hours on a busy Saturday night despite juggling several other emergencies. They were friendly, professional and had a brand new boiler fitted within 48hrs. Ricky also went above and beyond trying to sort us with electric heaters whilst we waited & kept in touch with regular updates. A great team who made a chaotic weekend much easier, we would highly recommend!

Heat 365 were recommended to me late at night through social media. The gaffer Ricky was happy to come out late that night but we declined until the morning.They came early the next day, short sharp and straight to the point with me. I don't know anything about boilers and the gent gave me three options to resolve and two of those options did not benefit Heat 365 as a business.I would recommend these gents as they will look to do what's right for the customer over their own pockets and these boys will now benefit by completing my boiler service every year.Thanks Heat 365, Ricky and team
