Was a patient here when Dr Baines was there called him out 3 times to our son this doctor refused to come out our son ended up in hospital with meningitis how he ever got a license to practice I'll never know just hope the surgery has now improved

Inconvenient opening times, but the two GP's there are excellent.The surgery isn't managed very well and it's extremely difficult (almost impossible) to get appointments, but I do maintain my stance on the two GP's being great.5 stars for the GP's.2 Stars for the way the surgery is run.0 stars for the availability of appointments.

can't comment on the service of the doctors or nurses but could someone show the receptionists how to answer the phone... 2 hours on hold and still no answer... absolute joke!!! i too am at work and busy but there is no way in the world you haven't had time in the past 2 hours to pick up my call

The worst GP ever don't bother registering. You'll never get through when calling them.

Was a patient here 2013-2016 and Only gave this place three stars as the nurse, smoking advisor and receptionist are lovely , and its nice and clean and tidy. Dr Baines originally worked here and although I only seen him once I feel he was nice. Then he left and a new doctor joined and then it went downhill. The new dr didnt seem to understand me or listen to me and I often left my appointment feeling irritated, upset, nearly in tears and feeling worse than when I went in and angry. Doctor was constantly late arriving to the surgery when he was actually there and on the days he wasnt there there were locum doctors who didnt have a clue so just fobbed you off with speak to your usual GP" when hes back. The opening hours were also terrible it was open for a couple of hours a day compared to most surgeries ive been with who are open prettymuch all day. As I said the only good thing that surgery has is its clean and the smoking advisor belinda and the nurse and receptionist are lovely and

I hate the times it opens and closes its really inconvenient.

You can never get a appointment been trying for over a week to get my tablets

They are a waste of time don't use this surgery take too long to answer they get ur medication wrong
