Had a windscreen replacement booked. The technician did a terrible job; the windscreen did not latch on properly and so there was space between the windscreen and the black rubber like part that usually latches on to the glass. I asked if he could re-adjust it but he was not interested in what I was saying but was only interested in payment. I said I couldn't pay till I was happy with the fitting. He walks to his van, gets out a sharp object, shatters the windscreen he just fixed and drives off. I call the company to complain but was told that because I was yet to make any payment I had no right of complaint.
