Our water pump stopped working when we arrived on site in Cheddar, Andy came out within the hour…….needed new water pump came back next day fitted new, all fixed in 1/2 hour at very reasonable cost.Perfect thank, you can highly recommend.

Excellent service from Andy. Called him out as no power to my van, he diagnosed the problem and fitted a replacement charging unit. Cleared the rubbish and put everything back tidily. Highly recommend.

Telephoned to report a couple of faults and was talked through how to remedy a sticking window blind and was informed a one off leak in the front skylight was probably due to severity of the rain and very strong winds probably caused water to get up under the skylight and drip into van so just monitor for now. Very helpful

My step was stuck a hazard on most motor homes if not serviced properly and mine wasn't and Andy knew the problem all to well. Paid the man and job done. Will sort it on next service

Excellent service from Andi. We needed a new consumer unit for the caravan while visiting Cheddar for a few days. He went out of his way to contact suppliers and arranged for an overnight delivery of a new unit which he fitted next day so we could continue with our holiday. Thanks again.

Turned up very quickly when others wouldn’t come out. Fixed our water pump issue within the hour on our touring caravan and charged a fair price. Cannot recommend enough and saved our holiday

I visited Andi as a recommended Dometic service provider to repair a fault with my campervan fridge. Andi checked the voltage and confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the fridge itself but couldn't diagnose the true cause. He was unwilling to discuss a resolution when I contacted him following direct conversations with the fridge manufacturer, who swiftly identified the problem. I was charged a £50 call-out to diagnose the fault but was left none the wiser and have had to seek a fix elsewhere. Disappointed.
