My 84 year old mum chose a carpet from them, which, because the store lighting was so dim, looked far darker in the store than it actually was. The guy there told her the fitting was free - (how and why would she get that idea into her head, when we all expect to have to pay fitting, unless it was put there by the person serving her?), but when the carpet arrived, it was far lighter than it showed in the shop as well as far thinner, it acutally seemed to be a totally different carpet, it was closer to the one that was £2psm cheaper, including the colour when i went there to compare them.The fitters, who only had to lay the carpet cos my mum moved all the furniture out of the room, and removed the existing carpet, did an absolutely terrible job, the edges were to short and were not pushed under the skirting boards, and even at the door the carpet was not pushed under the door strip. They were done in less than 30 minutes cos of my mums prep work.On calculating the cost of the carpet, which was 5mx4.2m=21 square meters, by £16.99=£356.79 but they were trying to bill her £466.79, because, from what they told me, they added the cost of fitting at £110 and totally denied telling her fitting was free. As i said, how and why would my mum come to that conclusion unless it was put there by them?They went to my mums house today and bullied her, cos i told them yesterday i was not happy with their work or the fitting or the carpet which was different to what she ordered. So seeing they couldnt bully me, they went to bully an 84 year old lady instead!They are bullies and liars who use various lies to con you into buying then add then cheat you out of your money by adding more to the total hoping you wont notice, bad fitting, bad attitude by the personal and total illegal operating by refusing to comply with Consumer Laws by refusing to return deposits.There are so many other carpet retailers, so avoid this one if you can

Service was incredibly bad... failed to communicate the procedures for flooring .I have use them before however , I have seen their true colours .... they were overpriced... got upset because they did not do the job properly. The customer services is below standard and they violate all policies and law in place of consumer law . DON’T use them if you want your money to be wasted ... the owner is terrible and his business skills are from secondary school.They are exhort people

Over priced. Made me wait over a month for an item when they said it will be here in 3-4 days. Alot of chasing from my side.When it came to building the items, some parts where missing so i had a half built wardrobe in my room for about a week. Quality is the same as any other place. In Hindsight i wish i just went ikea, much cheaper and better designs. Not worth buying from here, everything is out of a catalogue you can even feel or touch the product. Should be closed down and the shop to be replaced with something better for the area, rather than a 'budget' furniture shop which isnt budget at all!

Helpful staff and good quick service.

I've used this company 3 times now. For carpeting a communal area, installing a new bathroom vinyl floor, and installing a new kitchen vinyl floor. Each time they have been a pleasure to deal with, have turned up when promised, and have been exceptional value for money. Awesome work all round.

Terrible service. Booked two estimates, no-one turned up on both occasions. I went back to the shop to ask what happened, they just said that the person that booked my appointment forgot to pass the information the driver?!?!?Very unprofessional!
