Only wish that this place would our stay open to 8 at least on the week days as I finish work at 7! I much rather prefer the frozen food at Iceland than at Tesco so I’d much rather grab it from here. Apart from that this store is my favourite supermarket in Swansea.

Everytime I seem to order online shop I always get a notification saying we've had to make changes to your order and two or three items will not be in stock .always seems to be the case with Iceland.

Very unprofessional, no customer care..and very confused or plain just taking the mic out of the vanulble when it comes to understanding what home delivery actually means!! Apparently home dilvery according to swansea iceland home delivery guys don't count if you live in a block of flats!!! .drivers have been abusive towards my parents...even the store manager himself even requested can you book Day slots with dilvery so that he him self doesnt have to deliver to my parents...every week there's problems or food missing and my parents made to feel like they doing something bad by spending money in your shop and booking delivery slot... But the most latest and shocking behaviour by far has to be today Wednesday 2nd march....no delivery attempt what's so ever but instead decides to go fly tipping with fresh and forzen food payed for by my parents!! Breaking all rules of employment under Iceland and even more shocking breaking the law!!! I don't live in Swansea and and can't help parents as much as I would love to but every other Iceland I've ever shopped in I've never once experienced such shocking behaviour towards vanulble elderly people not with the best of health not that this should make any difference...just wanted to get a food shop delivered once a week which is all payed for and only what they are entitled to as a paying customers... This store needs action taken asap and needs to look and learn from all the others store because these heartless lazy employees you have are giving Iceland a bad name...it's litreally just 12steps to get up in to the flat...ok so it a little bit of hard work carrying bags up...god forbid you get a little sweat....guess what...your getting payed for that little work that little sweat on...good money aswell big hench in the job title. DELIVERY HOME DRIVER!!!! and not just that but some peace of mind that you really helped someone who couldn't physically get Thier shopping home by them self's without the service..byt no .instead parents waiting round from 3pm till shop closing time with no sigh of shopping....only to be told shopping was dumped outside as couldn't get answer....strange when no one's even attempted dilvery they had work men all out front never seen no Iceland van pull up never mind get out and try ringing door bell...it's only thanks and grace to one person working at your store one decent person who felt so bad that he him self walked up to my parents when he finished work to drop fresh milk 8pm this evening so they could have hot drink before bed...which he then discover my parents food shopping which was over £60 worth dumped 3 streets away...still in such disbelief someone could do such a thing....what a waste of all that food and the stress and trauma it's put on my parents....whom now have to come back into your store in morning to try get refund and find somewhere new and do Thier food shop all over again! Police have also been informed on behalf of the fly tipping

Went there today, was left hanging at check out whilst cashier went off to speak on the phone . Was stood waiting for over five minutes whilst they continued talking on phone so walked out. Dreadful service. Never used to be like this.

As always a god shop to go to for just about anything ( except cybernetic implants). The store was well stocked and quiet which for 12 noon on the 21st of December is not bad. Masks to be worn but other than that no restrictions.

Iceland is a good store to shop for Essentials. But I wasn't happy, when one member of staff was on her own the hole time at the check out, and there was a queue. She had pressed the bell a couple of times for help, but no one came, a member of the public asked for assistance. When three turned up at the same time, I really felt sorry for the shop assistant, the security guard wasn't very pleasant to the customers, he was quite rude.
