Whiskers acted on behalf of the people purchasing my property.They allowed the sale to continue for 8 weeks with all relevant paperwork completed to the point of exchange whereby they then told us that the buyers did not have a mortgage, even though they had updated our agent on May 16th that they had the mortgage offer.Additionally their communication (as noted in previous reviews) is non existent, they never responded to our solicitor, estate agent, or apparently the buyers.There are many other very competent conveyancing solicitors in Essex and would suggest that you use anyone of those over Whiskers Epping.I have made a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman regarding their inept ability to follow simple due diligence, making sure a mortgage was in place.
