This takes some believing. My daughter left the house at 9;30 for a confirmed service appointment at 10:00. She arrived on time at Toyota Bristol (North) to be told they had “lost” her appointment. Um that’s a new one! She wasn’t too happy as she’d taken a day off work. They said they’d fit her in. They eventually “fitted her in” at 2:00! Four hours after she’d arrived. My wife and I left for the train station to go to London an hour after our daughter left the house. We’ve had lunch, been to a matinee in the west end. Gone back to our hotel had a drink in the bar. Our daughter has just texted us to say she has just left. It’s now 4:10pm. AFTER 6 hours. One thing they didn’t forget was to charge her £230 for the service. No compensation. She asked and was told no because they had sorted her tyre warning light. In my day that was part of the service and warranty. When my daughter bought the car the salesman had asked me if I’d be interested in buying a Toyota ? After this I think I’ll stick with Range Rover. They may not be as reliable but at least when something goes wrong you get some level of service.

Took my van in to get fixed after an accident. Was very easy to book and was able to get in pretty quickly. Unfortunately they weren’t able to fix the van as it’s an import and they can’t get the parts and there was another problem they didn’t have the facilities to fix on site. The technician I spoke to (Chris) however was more then helpful in showing me what had happened and letting me know what the next steps where to getting it fixed, as they hadn’t done any work on it they also waved the usual costs associated with being a vehicle in, very positive experience with incredibly helpful staff

Astonishing care. Very sadly I damaged my new-for-me Corolla Hybrid, while staying in Bristol. It was booked in to Listers North garage for a Catlock fitting, and I asked if the damage could be repaired at the same visit. Christopher Bryce, the senior service manager, completely took the sting out of the accident, by charmingly and patiently explaining and arranging everything very smoothly, including a courtesy Aygo that was a joy to drive. My car was with them for some days. With such a last minute request I was astonished and so very thankful this repair could be completed so conveniently for me. The work was exemplary. It looks perfect. Christopher is a great asset to Toyota. And the other staff were very pleasant too. Thank you all very much. I plan to bring my car back when the service is due. Thank you.

Bought a car here on the weekend with James Olds and he was superb, very professional but also super friendly at the same time. He was great he made sure I knew all the options available to me but without being even a little bit pushy. Extremely helpful and always got back to me promptly. The perfect salesman and the car is perfect! If anyone ever mentions that they’re interested in a Toyota I will be sending them James’ way.

This visit was probably the most pleasant car-buying experiences I've ever had - not pushy, demanding, demeaning, secretive, or deceptive. Test drive was fun! The interior does look like a posh coffee shop with plush seating, coffee machine; seems like they went over the top with huge interactive touch screens - unnecessary in my opinion and shows they make far too much money.

One of our cars in for service. The other I drove down to collect some touch-up paint on order. It was showing as stock on computer although physically not there. No worries, they will order some more and get a driver to put it through our home letterbox. What more do you want?

I asked for a reduced price on a used car due to it having paint damage on the bonnet and bumper trim. The sales assistant got immediately angry about this which was strange behaviour for a professional dealership. He walked away from us and didn't even say good-bye... he aggressively walked back into the building & threw open the doors... well done mate, missed out on a sale. Immature and unprofessional behaviour letting the Toyota group down. We'll be taking our money elsewhere!
