Michelle Jehu Coaching

I sought the help of Michelle’s coaching at a time when I did not know how to proceed with a personal challenge. In our coaching Michelle helped me to unpick the issue I was facing by assisting me to think out of the box and make connections between my new thoughts and previous life events, thereby clarifying my perspective. I came away with a feeling of direction and a renewed sense of gratitude. I found Michelle as a coach to be empathetic and patient while simultaneously challenging and encouraging. She posed her questions in a way that meant I had to really think before I could answer and made connections that I did not otherwise see between things that I had said.

During my coaching sessions with Michelle, we focused on my move into a leadership role at work. With this being my first time managing people, Michelle helped me to work out what my leadership style was and gave me the confidence to lead my team. The best thing about Michelle's approach is that she is always empathetic but still knows how to ask the right questions that challenge you and unlock new ways of thinking. After every coaching session I felt that what were once in my mind impossible challenges, were something I could easily manage. Michelle also provided me with loads of valuable tools to coach myself going forward. I'd absolutely recommend coaching with Michelle, it has transformed my confidence at work and shown me how I can shape my role to best suit my goals, values and strengths.

Working with Michelle has given me the time and space to be able to step back, reflect, re-consider and re-direct my energy within my business. Her investment in getting to know me - both as a person and as a business owner - has been so empowering. I feel better equipped in the decisions and actions I now take; I feel invigorated and excited by the new ideas that have developed from our discussions.
