Poor clean complained got told to pipe down!! Really not great management of what was a genuine complaint at the very poor quality clean.Thanks for your reply below to my review above. The only 'choice' language I used was the work SH*T marks to describe what had been left in toilet! I did not use any other 'choice' language. Your response clearly indicates the way you deal with complaints, that is to pass the blame to the client and suggest they are in the wrong. Had my complaint been managed appropriately I would have been able to leave a different review that related the previous cleans but the response to my complaint was inflammatory and there was absolutely no acceptance of any problems or a willingness to come and view the clean which I had suggested. I was feeing cross about the clean having got back home from a long trip to find the clean to be terribly inadequate. The toilets had cleaner in them but had not been brushed and the seats had not been cleaned underneath as they had urine marks on them, the bins had not been emptied, the kitchen cupboards had not been wiped despite being clearly dirty, the floors had been cleaned but objects such as waste bins not moved, just cleaned around and it was generally very poor! Yet I was told I should have left a list, I had mistakenly thought your management fee would include getting a brief from my regular cleaner but my mistake on that. However, when I asked why I would need to leave a note to actually clean the toilets I was told yes! To answer my compliant and review accusing me of 'choice' language says it all to be honest! Maybe its time to review your customer complaints and online response policy!

So bad we had to laugh. We wanted a deep clean cleaner to assist our cleaner who has problem moving heavy items. So they sent someone who was out of breath just getting up the stairs to our house. We simply would not ask someone in that condition to do heavy lifting.As it was a deep clean we needed them for maybe a day. It was agreed 4 hours, more if needed. On arrival she said she could only do 3 hours. Apparently she had another appointment. So cleaning cost £30, booking fee £25. Clearly getting another booking that day was more important to this company.Further she arrived 15 minutes early, we had only just got out of bed, very unprofessional. She was also very slow, she only really did two small bathrooms to a poor standard.I raised all this with well polished who informed me, they sent one of their best cleaners. So I send photos and informed that I have CCTV to prove all my claims, and they have since failed to get back to me.So it cost £55 to get two small bathroom badly done. This is a company who are clearly interested in getting the booking fee and nothing else. AVOID!Also I note 3 of the companies good reviews were all posted the same week. This looks suspicious!My reply to the below message:You are such a dishonest person. We laughed because your company is so poorly run, not because someone was ill. And this lady was not suffering from a cold or other temporally illness, she will never be in a fit state to clean a house correctly, she has very clear chronic conditions. And this isn't guess work, my partner is a doctor who specialises in chronic conditions.We would be more than happy to send her for a medical assessment so that we can publish the anonymised report here. Naturally if the report showed we were correct we'd expect you to pay the bill. I can see from other reviews you always argue with anyone that raises concerns. You are not fit to run a company!
