IMO Car Wash

My car was literally filthy as I live near to a dairy farm. The attendants couldn’t have been more helpful and my car was sparkling at the end of my visit. I will definitely be returning!

Why does it say your open until 6.30 yet I drive to you at 5.15 and your shut. This has happened a few times

Pretty sure I've reviewed this place already. If not, cheap and cheerful car wash. £2.99 for a basic. Zero complaints here as I've used this service time and again.

Car still wasn't clean and damaged during wash. Staff not helpful. Won't use again.

I have paid for triple foam and my car ben more dirty than before no waxing ,no cling my glasses nothing

Regular user.weekly. Paid for diamond wash yesterday. No one washed the back window and bumper as usual. Awful clean. Dirt still on car. Drying too was poor.

Not only is my car not clean after going through there, but they went out of their way to try to overcharge me!Paid £4 which includes a pre wash and them cleaning my wheels, they took my money, and then tried to direct me into the machine wash.I said “normally you would do some cleaning before I drive in” and he said “we’re not allowed to because of COVID”.I asked why he didn’t tell me this before I paid and he said “you’re meant to read the signs”.No, YOU SHOULDN’T TAKE MY MONEY FOR A SERVICE YOU CAN’T OFFER!So he refunded me £1 (not actual the full price difference, but nevermind) and I went through the machine wash - and at the end of it there was hardly any difference!My back window is still dirty, there is still dirt on the roof, it’s like nothing happened!Not a happy customer...

Usually you get pretty good service. This time the member of staff didn't know if valeting could be done or not, charged me for the wrong car wash opinion, and had to ask twice if I wanted a receipt. All in all I saved £25 and spent it on Morrisons.

Had a bad experience here. Chose a mid priced wash and went through the car wash. On my way back home after leaving the wash, I noticed that all the windows were very streaky with residue. I stopped to inspect my car and it looked like the soap and wax hadn’t been properly rinsed off.I went back and the two guys I spoke to just tried to fob me off saying there was nothing wrong with the machine. They offered to clean the windows but I refused this and asked to go through the wash again but just on a basic cycle. Even after this second run through the wash, my car didn’t look completely clean. With the negative attitude I received first time, I just decided to cut my losses and left.I won’t be returning here in a hurry.
