Bought our sons first car from here, less than two months later the car has spent most of its time being repaired in our local garage. Had many problems with this car, we have to wonder if the seller knew what a wreck the car was when he sold it to us. Disappointing and definitely wouldn't recommend unless you like walking more than driving!!

I have used this company recently as I've had to upgrade my 2 door to a more family friendly" car (expecting my first child)I originally dealt with Paul who is there most of the time but also came back on a Sunday and met an older chap. Both these guys couldn't of been more helpful. Nothing is to much effort

Purchased my Insignia sports tourer from saturn and could not be happier.From start to finish Paul Mark and the rest of the team were helpful and professional their customer service is the best I've ever received by a country mile.If these guys make promises they keep them if you're looking for a quality used car in the Midlands try Saturn you won't be disappointed.

Very bad garage, did'nt do all the work I asked of them when I collected car and broke down 3 times going home, and top top it all off I think the engine is dead. don't buy off them!this is a garage that said their would sort a list of jobs, left the car with them for a week and all their did with the paint work is touch it up with a pen. all the alloys wheels are crap and tyre which is not road legal. have clutch issues and loud fuel pump, drivers seat which I asked to fix and still broken. broken air vent and sun visor are broken inside the car. loads of scratches around the car which is really bad for a 6 year old car and also back arch had some work and will cause issues in a few years from rust etc.... all the discs on the car need replacing as their are all grinding. asked this car to fix jobs and got half a job, people don't buy a car off these unless you look 100% around the car and get the jobs their will do in writing and not by their word. as you won't stand a chance later on and have to take the car their and their will only you some banger to get you around while you pay for a car that you should be paying for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great bunch of blokes. Bought a BMW 320d last week off them. Made sure car was good for me and they were fantastic. Thank you for the service lads. In response to the other comments on here, they are the most genuine guys in the car trade and they treated us so well. The negative results sound like disgruntled car dealers or spammers. First of all the service I received at the garage was fantastic. All the staff were polite and happy. The car I brought is lovely and clean and so far there has been no trouble. They gave me a really good deal on my old car and even painted the wing mirror on the new car free of charge. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new car.

We chose a lovely car, exactly what we were looking for. Paul let us test drive it with no pressure and helped us to get to know it before collecting it so we were confident driving it away. Absolutely no sales pressure, just a professional, friendly transaction. The garage is clean and family friendly, not always true in this trade. Just purchased my zafira from these guys & must say what a great service I received. The car was a trade in but was great for me couple of jobs needed doing ie new battery & radio code so I arranged to collect following weekend. Not only was the jobs done but the car was fully checked over & valated. Very honest sales team & professional a credit to the car trade & a massive thankyou to mark for being a true gent & seeing the sale through to the end. Highly recommended
