Staff are fabulous but this place closed by 10am all week. This is great if you don't have a job. Anyone who works for a living will find these opening times beyond useless. What blue collar idiot thought 8am to 10am is a good idea?

Absolutely useless company, still don’t understand why people use the Royal Mail, got more chance of a street pigeon delivering my parcel, watched the driver not even get my parcel out the van or knock just came up to the door with a red card so I followed him back to the Barry station for 10-4 to find that they had closed 10 minutes earlier not to mention their website states 7pm and there little paper sign on the door says 4pm, what an absolute joke

Website said the office was open on Sunday. There were at least 4 people waiting outside. This isn't the first time that I have visited on a Sunday to find the office shut. Someone needs to be more PROFESSIONAL and update the opening hours as you are waisting peoples time.
