Treatments from Dr. JiwaI have been suffering for two years with severe pain and lack of mobility in my left leg and lower back which is debilitating, reducing my quality of life and ability to do normal everyday activities. Some muscle groups have seized up and others are overcompensating causing pain and stress to my lower back and tightness of tendons from pelvis to ankles. Pain killers were only masking the problem and I decided that I needed the help of a professional. I researched Osteopaths locally and chose Dr. Jiwa who has been established for many years in this profession.My initial consultation was in-depth and he was quick to diagnose and assess the severe muscle/tendon problems that are primarily on the left side but have knock-on effects on my whole spine , muscle strength and mobility on the right side of my body.Dr. Jiwa is currently providing an intensive course of treatment using low level laser treatment, magnetic stimulation and very, very deep tissue manual massage. This is not pain-free and I didn’t expect it to be but the more he manipulates the damaged muscles to stimulate oxygen and blood supply to flow more freely, the intensity of pain eases with each treatment.Dr Jiwa does not deal with the problem in isolation but treats both sides from ankles through to the base of my skullJr Jiwa listens intently and responds to feedback. There is no time wasting and every minute of the consultation/treatment period is used efficiently to achieve the desired outcome. I wish I had started this treatment many months ago and I am already feeling the benefits.

What can I say? I just love Dr Jiwa! Such a lovely, calm and gentle persone, who is great at what he does. I have never been to an osteopath before so have no grounds for comparison but all I know is that I was better after the first visit and like new after the third! He can tell where it hurts even before I say a word, just by his skilful touch. Amazing! I would visit him every week if only I could!

I met Dr Jiwa to help try to resolve an ongoing Sciatica problem. We only had 3 sessions, he tried traditional and very modern techniques but was unable to relieve my symptoms. Unlike some other Osteos who kept charging me regardless of results or not, he was candid and referred me seek further MRI diagnosis. Very professional and clinical in his approach and demeanour, hope I never see him again but would absolutely if I require Osteo treatment in the future. Post surgery I’m now on the mend.

I have been with Dr Jiwa for two years. As his patient who in 2019 was unable to walk, over the months he’s restored my back to my normal walking posture and I am able to walk 2 miles each day without any hindrance. Dr Jiwa is amazing. I need regular undoing with a frozen shoulder and neck. I arrive in a lot of pain and discomfort and sometimes limited movement. . I leave feeling a lot better and able to move. I would highly recommend Dr Jiwa. He certainly knows his stuff.
