I recently had a very bad experience with a solicitor working at this practice. I had the solicitor working on my behalf which was for a property purchase. The owner Jo Clay who is currently on maternity leave got involved with my formal complaint, she was brilliant in resolving the issue's and refunded all monies owed back to my bank account the next working day. I can say that the solicitor I was dealing with no longer works at this practice. The communication from Jo, Cheryl and her reception team was beyond exceptional and would highly recommend JC Lawyer's and wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future.

We used JC Lawyers for our sale and purchase. The sale went through without any problems at all and JC Lawyers were great. Unfortunately the purchase of our next house was not so smooth but that is where JC Lawyers and Jo Clay proved their weight in gold.We had huge issues with really awkward sellers, changing their solicitors just before exchange, and generally being incredibly disruptive and problematic. Jo was absolutely amazing and got us through it, but most importantly, got the sale over the line.Thank you so much Jo. We dread to think how this would have gone without you.

I found JC Lawyers services convenient and therefore did not obtain alternative quotes.We were given confirmation of fees at the outset, we had confirmation of our instructions in writing within five working days, a reasonable estimate of the timescale required to do the work and information on storage/retrieval of our papers.
