Pandora Weymouth

Very disappointed! Me and my girlfriend went in to look at some rings , we found one we liked and waited next to some customers who were being served- once being served the lady at the till looked at us and walked over to other customers on the other side of the room and didn’t even ask if we needed help after trying to get their attention- this happened for around 15 minutes with each staff member ignoring us- other Pandora shop staff have always been attentive to all their customers and we have never been ignored. finally waited next to some customers who were just about to pay when the lady at the till rudely said can you give these customers some space while they pay- not even a please or thankyou - when we weren’t even bothered by them as we were looking at charms. Finally gave up and walked out upset and offended :( wont be visiting again as felt very disrespected

A friendly member of staff helped me and my friend select some things for our girlfriends.She was very helpful and understanding of us not knowing much about jewellery.Recept said her name was Ellen, so thank you very much.I am sure my girlfriend will be very happy with these lovely charms and bracelet.

Not a good experience for me I'm afraid, wanted to buy some hoop earrings on a Saturday, served by someone who was rude and abrupt, both had masks on and as I looked at the earrings in the counter she recoiled back like I was highly infectious! The hoop earrings I wanted to look at were all tangled up together and she was trying to untangle them to show me, not at all interested in upselling to me other hoop earrings in the store I will buy on line, can see all of them there and I'm sure it will be a better experience!

Phoned up for a charm Amy called is back after going thru delivery to say they had one and put back for us. Went down to collect very nice lady served me Jazmine I think her name was it nice to have staff that enjoy their job and it shows by how they treat there customers.Many Thanks

I have shopped in many Pandora stores over the years and have been collecting since 2011. I have even worked for Pandora in my early 20s. The staff are all very attentive, genuine and helpful. They went above and beyond to serve me and my family. We looked at many items and they were excellent at link selling and upselling. We ended up buying quite a few pieces over two days between us all. They are a smaller store so do not stock a full range of products. They do not stock the 14ct gold collection which is a shame, but understandable as not all Pandora stores do. We made genuine connections with the sales assistants and will definitely be shopping with you again. Thank you.

Great service in this branch. I’ve forgotten the lady who served me, but she was young with a wavy, dark bob.She clearly enjoyed her job and was passionate about the brand. I was shown a range of bracelets, charms and accessories.I was slightly disappointed that one of the charms wasn’t in the build a bracelet offer, but it was up-sold to me perfectly and I couldn’t resist purchasing.
