Easy Connect
Had a replacement battery supplied and fitted in December. Never been right from day one. Took it the phone back after 5 months. Was told that all repairs only come with a 30-day warranty. The fact I had a new battery fitted should't apply, as I purchased a product. I'm not disputing the workmanship, just the quality of the battery. So be aware about their 30 day warranties.

This has got to be one of the best mobile phone repair stores in the UK...The brothers at Easy Connect provide a timely, honest, and reliable customer service.I would highly recommend this store to everyone!They are quite knowledgeable with the service they provide and can fix many phone issues within a day or two, (right now) I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Thank you to Yas, who has dealt with my indecisiveness and helped me through getting my Fold 2 screen fixed! From the very beginning he was very professional, and I knew I could put my trust in him. My phone is now fixed! I have been coming to Easy Connect for numerous years for screen protectors etc, and in general the boys are so polite and accommodating. It's the only phone shop I know, who puts the customers needs first, instead of the money. Thank guys!

Sent my iPad In For a screen repair..came to pick it up after I got the tx to say work was completed and easy connect Scratched the inner screen and told me it was my fault because I left broken screen on to long even tho it was only broke for a few days before I sent it in. AfterVisiting Apple about this ame explaining what happened they couldnt believe the excuse and said they should have replaced it. I was also promised a free screen protector too but never saw it .. I won’t be going back

Needed a screen replacement for my ipad air 2. They weren’t happy themselves with the first repair when my wife went to collect it. Some bubbling wouldn’t go away so they kept the ipad another 2 days to do the repair again. Absolutely fine with that.Went to collect it and not only were they apologetic for the inconvenience of keeping it longer, they put a free screen protector on too!!Nice one guys and thank you.Definitely recommend.

I was clumsy enough to drop my Samsung and smash the screen. Easy Connect went out of their way to locate the correct screen for me and when located it was fitted promptly. Their service is second to none and I'd go back there with any phone problems in a heartbeat
