Closing time is incorrect! Drove 25 minutes to get there at 20:30 as it said it was open until 21:00 only to arrive and the doors locked!!

Daughter bought an item with her pocket money that turned out to be broken. Returned to the store with the receipt only to be told that they can't do anything about it. Game staff in this branch do not understand the UK law regarding consumer rights with faulty goods and tried telling us that it was the responsibility of the manufacturer, not the retail store. Completely wrong.Finally dealt with our claim once presented with the evidence of consumer law but to save myself the hassle of something happening again, I won't be buying from Game anymore.

New Sport Direct refund policy: you don’t get the money back you will get a voucher to be spent in the shop. How come is this legal?

Phenomenal service! I came in after an all-nighter to buy what seemed like half the shop and Kai and Tony (god, I hope I'm getting those names right) were incredibly patient, helpful and polite! Game has always had amazing staff and this gal and guy are no exception!Support your favourite stores! Don't go online to maybe save a couple quid (what I was buying was literally, and I do mean literally, 21p cheaper online); I came in and had what essentially amounted to a personal shopping experience: Had all my questions answers and concerns addressed.Thank you team! Outstanding! I'll be seeing you soon!

Customer service is terrible staff seem unbothered and unhelpful , items not labelled with correct pricing and the area looks cramped and dusty.What is confusing are the returns policy it is different from ordering online and so you can only exchange or apply credit there is no sign that states no refunds either.

Strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND. I ordered a ps5 for collection in store and paid the extra £4.99. In the confirmation email they said it would be 1-2 working days. A whole week has passed with out it arriving, and no updates as to when it will arrive, no communication as to why it is delayed. There is no way to contact a call center and the online assistant only gives pre -saved messages saying to bear with them. When trying to get a phone number or email address the websites which open do not have secure access and so dont open. use curry's or an alternative.

terrible customer service miserable staff what it's doing inside sports direct is beyond me. mixed messaging buy sports equipment etc stay fit or buy games for consoles and stay fat and operate at a low frequency.
