Worcester Audi

Could have been better service.Booked car in for EML and service.Service wasn’t required as it had been done but hadn’t been updated on the vehicle.Was asked whilst I was there if I had thought about changing the car. Said yes I could be and was told that a member of sales would contact me.I collected the car the following morning. It had been washed and vacuumed free of charge but hadn’t been dried off. Could have been leathered off to prevent the water marks and I’m still waiting for the call from sales ?I have purchased from this site before and had a much more positive experience. Seems no one is that interested in customer service anymore.

Health check and recalled part replacement was good but undelivered on a promise - my car was supposed to be ready by 5pm Friday but I was informed last minute (while going to pick it up) that it will be next day and not in time as promised.The health check and recall was done well, but getting my car back in time was much more important for me and I was clear about when arranging an appointment. I wouldn’t have brought my car on Friday but on a different day instead if I had known that this will be the case.So, communication and time management was poor especially when it comes to health check and small recall that could have been done in less than half a day.No compensation offered after missing committed timeline.

WOW, what an amazing experience from Arif and Adam. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Arif, service was 10 out of 10, nothing was too much trouble and everything he did was 150%. Brought a used Q5 last year where the service received from sales man Chris Sanders was great! However the car itself was not in great condition when viewing with lots of damage/scratches which was agreed would be rectified prior to us collecting the vehicle, unfortunately this was not the case & we had to return the car a few days after to be repaired but still to a poor standard to this day!Main concern from this dealership is we purchased the Audi all in service plan to maintain the vehicle within the Audi network, on booking a service recently at a dealership closer to home it appears Worcester Audi have not set this up on the vehicle!I queried this last year with the sales man, no reply, with the business manager when returning the vehicle for body work, no reply & most recently with there service team who insisted the sales manager would call and guess what …………. No reply!Overall very poor experience & make sure you get all policy documentation you pay for no matter how many times you have to ask!Not one to leave a bad review but on this occasion the fact nobody got back in touch tells me they’re not interested & just another sale on the Listers board.

Although I haven't gone ahead with the potential purchase I wanted to rate Audi on their customer service, time and understanding.Arif - was honest from the moment he met us, advising us on motability choices and took the time to take me out for a test drive in his personal car (the closest to the spec I wanted to test drive) he took the time to go over the details and even contact me afterwards by phone.However I had a few cars I was interested in and with the limited options on motability I went for another vehicle for multiple reasons (cost, spec/economics)I felt they still deserved a review because of the time they spent on me its the least I could do in return, I had a not very good experience with Listers VW but Listers Audi was the complete opposite I was listened to and time wasn't an issue and my special needs son who was quite loud wasn't judged or dismissed by the team and for that reason should other options in the future become available this is what would bring me back to them.Again, thank you so much. All the best for the future. (I hope to be back again)

I took my Audi in for a recall at Worcs Audi. I am so impressed with the service I received. The service manager a man called Criss was so helpful a real pleasure to deal with he certainly went the extra mile. My recall job was done ahead of time and as soon as finished Criss called me for collection all in all a great company to deal with the job was done very professionally and vehicle cleaned and valeted. 1very satisfied customer thank you very much Audi Worcs.
