IMO Car Wash

Excellent service!!!!! Had a bad scratch on the bumper and the guys spent 15 mins getting it off with excellent care and attention. Lovely blokes, excellent service (frequent customer and can confirm always great) and they went above and beyond to help! Before and after pic shown

It took about 3 minutes for the wash. Reasonable cleaning. Not much crowded. Staff available there explains the details about various packages listed, when enquired. Got a discount of 1 pound for booking through their app.

Dodgy guys. Be aware of the risk. I went in for the external triple wash @£7.5 and internal vacuum for £20. Paid by card for first and was told the inner vacuum will be paid separately by card or cash ( no amex though).Once the vacuum was done the guy refused to take payment with my visa debit card. Instead was told to bring cash from Tesco ATM. When I tried to lock the car, he did not allow me. Not sure whyComing back i find a scratch on passenger door which was not there before. Not sure if intentional or otherwise. My suggestion, just avoid

I have visited many IMO car washes. This one is by far the best, great pre-wash, unlike other places. These guys run the place like it’s there own business.I am PCO badged and they still treat me as any normal customer.Keep up the good work guys.

This is one of the best and friendliest car wash operators I've come across. Very professional and thorough. They even cleaned the leather seats at no extra cost.I'll be back.Shawn

Dont take the risk. I've used this car wash for many years without issue but yesterday morning in the daylight, i found a large scratch on my new cars windscreen after having my car washed the previous night. The length/angle corresponding to how the screens are manually washed with brushes before going into the main car wash so i went back to the car wash after work and filed a complaint. As expected, after contacting the company, they have absolved themselves of any liability and pointed at the local operator to resolve because the liability is different depending on where you are in the car wash. The local operator had already made excuses when i went to file the complaint. It's a finger pointing game leaving me out of pocket to fix this. I wont be returning.

Brilliant car wash and very friendly staff and service. I have been going to this car wash for more than 2 years now and everytime I go there, I am impressed by the service I receive from the friendly guys working there. They make sure you're happy with service by asking you at the end and always greet you with smiley faces. Car cleanliness and wash is always spotless. I highly recommend them. Keep up the good work.

Regular customer and always very happy with the speed and service, can't fault it. That employees are always friendly and give great service.

If you planning quick wash your car this is perfect place. Don't expect quick washing machine will be as good as manual washing ,but its still worth it if your car is slightly dirty . One more think don't forget microfiber or other cloth to use after washing machine don't dry your car properly.
