Went in with a puncture on a trailer tyre. I was told by a woman on reception that all the fitters were out. I asked how long they would be and was told I dunno. They go out early and might not be back til 5 o'clock." One was sat in his van in the car park playing with his phone and another arrived while I was stood there. All very disinterested and came across as though they just couldn't be bothered. The best she could do was recommend I go to Tructyre!"
