Capital Golf London

I ordered my trouser at 25 May. But still haven't received the trouser. However I contacted Capital golf, there was no response. I have never seen such a bed service online shop.

Owner is a joker. Told me they would price match a bag on email. Then when in store to collect and said they won't honour it. Waste of time.Won't be going here again. Trust the other reviews and go elsewhere and spend your money.

Still waiting for the club that they said will be sent to us soon, but now they said they have sent everything (?!!!!?).The service was “amazing”. I asked them to send 1 EMAIL OF THE RECEPT so I can check. It takes them weeks (1month) to send 1 email (still waiting).It was really hard to contact them, even when you talk to someone, no one will actually help you with anything. They said they will send you something but they did do anything.You can find a better golf shop in London. I do not recommend this shop.

Hopeless. Just utterly hopeless. In the highly likely event that your order doesn't arrive, good luck trying to get a reply from them.If you're thinking about ordering from Capital Golf, please re-consider. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Worst customer experience ever, staff are rude and the whole shop is like the Wild West for cowboys selling poor quality goods

The worst customer service I have probably ever experienced. Utterly useless, rude and aggressive. I was warned abiut how bad they are - i wish i had never paid for a non refundable deposit on a club fitting. DO NOT USE

I’m reluctant to even give them 1 star. Awful customer service and awful company. AvoidReceived in an awful state returned to be swapped but that’s when the problems started and I did not get a replacement however they were kind enough to keep my money!

Zero stars if possible to put. Scam! Do not order. They send faulty goods. Promise repairs. They lied to me and said were sending to puma for a repair in email and Puma have confirmed to me there is no repairs service. Telling me “it’s irrelevant” where they have sent them for a repair and I should “just wait” for an email for when they are fixed and they’ll be returned”. Keep saying will be next week and this is since sent back in February! It’s now august. £110 down the drain for no product and they won’t even post back the broken trainers they sent in first place. I can’t believe how this company are acting. Thought would be safe since they have a store on sale Oxford street, you’d expect they’d be a legit company. Sam Parker seems to be the only person who works there online/phone to store and he sounds very stressed and unfortunately appears to have no morals or integrity whatsoever. I’ve never come across a company like this and was too trusting as PayPal and my bank said I should have reported straight away to them and because of all the time passed (due to all the false promises from Sam) I cannot get any refund and continue to have no product.NB: I will update this review if any change but at 6-7months later don’t see any chance of any other outcome.Update to review: taken to small claims court as still no trainers back or refund and awaiting outcome. Judge awarded me full amount however capital golf have still not paid. Not going to let it go.Reported to trading standards too.

Top scammer in London. Still not receive my putter, should be shipped last month. Till now no update

Was told an address change would be accommodated and that notification would be sent when goods were dispatched (never notified). Having finally got a hold of them 11 months later due to not receiving the goods, they suddenly moved the goalposts but would definitely phone me tomorrow". (Still waiting)I should have checked the reviews before ordering as it seems to be a frequent calling card of this mob. Quick enough to take money but zero effort to inform
